As stated previously, in this humble blogger’s opinion, the rest of the country should be trying to follow in California’s footsteps in fighting global warming. This now includes suing the corportations who reinforce the social structures (say, through millions of dollars in advertising supporting their product) causing the largest environmental concern we currently have simply because they can gain financially from doing so, despite good moral arguments that they should do otherwise.
